Our next meeting is approaching quickly - next week Tuesday, May 2nd. Our meeting will begin at 7 pm with dinner provided by Takeda Oncology, and Lisa Locklear, followed by some basic chair stretching and guided meditation by Brendan Herman, my yoga instructor. Brendan will speak to us about the proven health benefits of each of these aspects of daily activities. Please join us, as it should be fun and instructive.
As always, we will meet at St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Women's Health Center in the Specialty Centers Area, 5320 Elliott Drive, Ypsilanti, MI. Room WHC 1A on the 2nd floor. When you reach the WHC, please look for and follow the yellow posted signs for our group.
I'll make a dish to pass, and if others would like to bring something to eat, it would be wonderful, but don't feel obligated. Please come even if you're not bringing anything and whether you plan to eat or not.
A shout out to our ever helpful cleanup crews!! Tremendous thanks to those coming early for setup and for those helping to get the room back in order at the end of the evening. Together we make a great team and our group the best it can be! ;-)!
If there are any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call me at 734 645-1713.
For more information please email: email@example.com
We will NOT be having a dinner provided that evening, but if anyone would like to bring a snack or drink to share, please feel free.
As usual, our meetings will be held in the Women's Health Center of St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor Health System campus, 5320 Elliott Drive, Ypsilanti, MI Room WHC 1A on the 2nd floor. When you reach St. Joe's campus, follow the large maroon, brown, burgundy directional signs to the Specialty Centers Area and the Women's Health Center. When you reach the building, look for the bright yellow directional signs for the Ann Arbor Myeloma Group.
Looking forward to seeing you all in health and happiness!
Note: If you are feeling ill, coughing or sneezing, please do not attend the meeting! Myeloma patients are much more susceptible to getting sick because of our weakened immune systems. Cold and flu season is even riskier for us. Please be courteous to your fellow patients. Thank You!
